Windlass System - 2004 SeaRay 420 Sundancer

Hello Club
I have a a 420 with the windlass power system with controls at helm and foot controls up by bow of boat.

This weekend it worked great, however while bringing anchor up the last time, the chain got jammed and I feel like it blew a fuse...I can no longer get it to power up or work the up/down controls. I was able to find a relay switch of some sort in the rope/chain storage area, but no fuse or anything to try to reset it with...ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, sounds like you have blow a fuse or breaker... look in the bilge area.

On my 310. The breaker is located on the main DC breaker panel. I would imagine you have a similar setup.

I believe there is a large resettable breaker on the port side fire wall in engine room next to the large black DC breaker panel. I think I saw this and assumed it was for te windless...

Yes it is resettable breaker (red) as described on the transom wall down low next to the large black DC panel.
