Did u ever find a solution to your problem? I think I’m experiencing the same issue. I hear clicking in the eim in the engine compartment but the led light for the anchor doesn’t come on the switchpad. I’ve been studying the wiring diagram and it appears the aft eim supplies power to the system and fwd eim is the up and down buttons at the helm. I haven’t jumped out the solenoid but that’s my next course of action

I didn’t get any further, I mounted foot pedals to get it running and think I might return to the issue at the end of the season. Please let me know if you get it figured out
