Yesterday the Windlass jammed when retrieving the anchor. After clearing the jam and retrieving the chain using the manual handle, the motor won't start. The Imtra control box in the anchor locker clicks when I try to use the windlass from the dashboard, but the foot switches are dead. I checked the breaker panel in the bilge and everything is fine. I did some research and most posts suggest bad contacts on the control box and one member has posted several time that his boat had a "pancake fuse" in the anchor locker that caused his windlass to stop working. I can't find any fuses in the anchor locker. I checked the control box and all of the connections look fine. No corrosion at all. I don't want to start taking things apart if the problem is just a fuse buried somewhere. The fact that this happened after a jam, suggests that there was a heavy load placed on the motor which would cause a fuse to burn or circuit breaker to trip. The circuit breaker in the bilge is only 5 amps, so I am guessing that is the low power for the solenoid.
I also read that one member had a fuse on the bottom of his control box that was burnt. I don't have any fuses on my control box. It is sealed.

Any suggestions? Is there an inline fuse somewhere?

Update. I found the circuit breaker in the bilge. It sits alone and is mounted on the bulkhead just to right of fuse panel. It supplies the high power to the windlass. Reset it and all is good.
