windlass anchor and operating manuals

Just purchased a 2001 260 Sundancer, with no manuals. Can anyone suggest how we can get operating manuals and also when we sea trailed the boat the windlass worked but know it does not any suggestions?

If your windlass control has a toggle switch (as opposed to the flatter rocker switches), then try lifting up on it (pull it away from the panel) when lowering the windlass. That one took me by surprise as well, and wasn't mentioned in any of the manuals I found.

Here's a picture of my switch, if it helps any. The rocker switch turns power on, and the toggle switch raises/lowers the anchor. Mine will raise anchor just flipping the toggle, but I have to pull up on it before I can lower the anchor.

We also have foot pedals. Thinking we blew a fuse/breaker. Do you know where the breaker is? Our panel is just like the picture you showed but there is no power.
