Will my boat take on water?

I left the boat last time after doing partial generator maintenance. I have a 320, Vdrive, stored in a dry storage rack. Generator is a Kohler 5ECD. I removed the vertical hose just below the heat exchanger on the front, I’m 99% certain this is raw water input to the heat exchanger, before this, is the impeller. Since I was on land, I did not close the sea cock. However, I just realized my next trip will be next Friday, 6/25, and so I’ll call them to put it in the water for after hours pickup. Will that missing hose cause water to flood/trickle in? Seems to me it would not easily get passed the impeller but I could be wrong. I am probably just going to drive down and close the sea cock tomorrow, or call and have one of the trusted members of the Marina do it. Maybe do a few more maintenance items if I get down there.
I do believe this is all below the water line. It’s not too much higher than the top of the strainer.

Impellers will not stop the flow of the water... they can slow it down, depending on where it stops, but it won't stop the water.

That was my assumption, and my “oh no” reaction when I realized that I needed an after hours pick up and I hadn’t closed the generator up. Normal boat launch is no issue, on the weekends we are FIFO, and your boat does not get queued up until you are physically in the parking lot, so plenty of time to close the sea cock.

Hopefully your marina is willing to close it for you before launch, but I suspect they will not want to for liability reasons.
I left my navigation lights on one time when I left after the weekend. The marina manager said she could not turn them off for me, because they don't want liability if the wrong switch is turned off. I explained that I could call their service department and have any kind of engine work performed without question, so how can flipping a properly labeled carling switch be a concern. She reluctantly agreed to go turn it off.
