Anybody out there used to play with toy boats in the bathtub, pool or lake? If you remember doing that, you remember making huge waves relative to the size of the toy boat. They rolled around alot but did not sink. We've been in some huge seas taking water over our hardtop with water running into the aft cockpit. Not a good ride, but the boat just keeps on truckin' along. I've always tried out my new boats in rough water when the weather was good and it was daylight to learn she handles. You normally avoid bad weather and rough seas, but the practice is good for you.
