Why the wide variance in 330 values listed?

Why are there such a wide variance in listed values for the same year and model of 1993 330 DA's? I was trying to get and aproximate value on the boat we purchased but i do see them listed anywhere from 25,000 all the way to 48,000. The NADA lists them at about 32,000. I have to say anything around there is a pleasant surprise since we picked ours up for a small fraction of that. The boat is in wonderful condition , everything maintained very well by the marina where it was stored. :smt038

Experts will chime in, but I think your question sort of answers itself. The numbers you are seeing are not "listed values" they are asking prices. Different circumstances are going to result in different evaluations. Congrats on getting yours at a number with which you are comfortable and others covet.
