Why does the lord curse me?

Engine died. 2014 260 sun deck. First time, I jumped off the front, grabbed the ladder and swam it 500 feet to Marine Max where I bought it, left it there overnight, next day they said gear lube is low. So I filled it up, started her, took her home no problem. Now, today AFTER having it on the water for a couple hrs. on the way back, while in a No wake zone, it went back into Guardian mode and then shut off a minute later. Same sh!t as the first time, but this time got an Error code this time, it says ENGINE MISFIRE 71 on a Mercruiser 5.0 I/O. Crossing my fingers it's covered under warranty. Meantime, any thoughts as to what's going on?

If the Lord truly cursed you, there would be much bigger problems than your boat motor.
