Not necessarily. Much of the population just doesn't give a crap and knows that pounding our little fists and kicking our little feet is entirely pointless. Anyone over 30 that has not realized that power corrupts is naieve. Politicians, corporate execs, cops or local bureaucrats: why would they be altruistic? Go back two thousand years and it was much the same. I'm an old guy who spends zero time worrying about things or people beyond my direct influence. People have wasted their lives worrying about communism, terrorism, conspiracies and scandals. I'd worry a little bit if my boat wouldn't start but it always does!

The power always resides with the people, but all of those mentioned in the original post worked tirelessly to make sure that people don’t believe it...

not a good start...but the boat owes me nothing...it has been flawless for years... parts are coming... should be back to normal in two weeks

Sounds like what happens when a boat gets struck by lightening or it hits nearby. Any chance that happened?

Dan Bongino rule - wait 24-72 hours when a news story breaks for the truth to come out, especially when it relates to Trump. How many retractions has CNN, WaPo, NYT done over the years - last week in Rudy G's case? They dump and push bunch of garbage fake news, then once it's revealed that its total BS, they print a small retraction or don't say anything at all.

Case in point is George Floyd. All we've heard for a year is that there's systemic racism in the PD, the Minneapolis PD to be more direct, pushed, again by the MSM. Total crap. Racism or a hate crime wasn't mentioned once during the trial, and race baiting Ellison recently said that racism didn't play a factor.

I don't trust any of it, but I see a few here that fall into the MSM trap, but they're also predictable.
