Ok, so I'm here at work. It's a lot slow but not one of our Company's "listed holidays" so we come in, get some paperwork done. There's a few jobs for our techs to get done and a couple of guys in the shop are having a Chicken wing cook off.

Who else is strapped to the desk, office or otherwise working today?

Heck No. I'm off to the boat to play with my new porter cable.

Not me;

Made the 14 hour trek back to the home country with the family

Drove from DC to Peoria IL with Wife, Kid, 2dogs and the 24' Camper.

Enjoying a bit of family time then heading back to DC :) Minus the Camper. My sister and Brother InLaw like to camp, hunt and fish and actually go places. Since getting the boat a couple years back, the camper has just sat, so better to get some use here than rot in my driveway.

Plus without the camper, the admiral can drive most of the way home while I sleep !!!!

Yep I am worrking too:huh: Woke up at 1130pm took the wife to midnight madness sale at the outlet and then on to work for me at 0600. I figure I'll make it till noon before I start to doze off. Got to go check the coffee.

Happy Holidays

Still working here, scheduled to leave Germany tonight, and fly back to the US, landing around 6 am. After positioning back to my base in KY, and 4 1/2 drive home, hopefully I'll enter my driveway sometime Saturday night. Looking forward to a belated turkey dinner on Sunday. Hope all is well with everyone.

Take care, and let me be the first to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. (hey, it's after Thanksgiving, right?)

you poor suckers!! I'm off today but I might be better off working. We had a 12noon lunch for my son's football team. They are in the final 8 of the small school football playoffs with a game tonight at home. If I was working it would keep my mind off the game and being nervous for them.

Nice pictures todd. How close do you live to the water?

I live in Marysville, WA (30 miles north of Seattle) 10 mins from Puget Sound and I work in downtown Seattle (where the pictures were taken today) and My office is a stone's throw away from the Seattle waterfront (Elliott Bay, also in the Puget Sound)

Always working, all businesses are looking to save money on their credit card processing so I'm there to help.

Although I do work from home alot but still credit processing never sleeps.

I'm off today and went by my baby to check her out and make sure she's still snug in her cover then went to Lake Lanier in North Georgia. Pretty pitiful sight with the drought but it was still nice to be near the water. We actually found the tavern we always go to but this time we went by land instead of water.

Off today and yesterday. On tomorrow and every third day after that for the next 16 years. 24 on 48 off......... 103 work days per year, kelley day every 6 weeks (off 5 days straight). Lots of time to boat but I work my fair share of holidays. Sucks when I get the Thanksgiving day cuz that means Xmas day and New Years as well for the year. I'm on Unit 2 and the poor shlubbs on Unit 3 (the day follownig my shift) get hosed by leap year every 4 years and that causes the holidays to hit their shift two years in a row...........
