Ok so i am confused as to what i need here. I had white trim going around the edge of my drivers counsule and passanger side counsole were the glove box is. I only need about 17 feet but can not find any that is the same size?

I messured one side of this trim to be 1 1/4" and about 7/8" wide but when i search for new trim its tiny? Any suggestions?

Will this stuff work?

It could, as long as you get the right size. But, it's not going to look as good, IMO. For one, it has squared-off edges and it also has a "grain" pattern to it instead of being smooth.

Try "edge molding".

That stuff can usually clean up pretty easily - you might be surprised. Then just put it back on with and adhesive caulk like Boat Life - Life Calk.

Try cleaning in with 409, Fantastik, Simple Green, Roll Off, even Naptha (acetone if you're careful). An abrasive dish sponge can help - just do it lightly. It should come back to like-new.

Ok...ill try that. Its pretty bad so i dont know if it will come back to life or not.

I had to replace some cabin trim on my boat. I ordered it from my dealer, although it was shipped directly from the OEM supplier. Outwater plastics.

You might give them a try, it appears they have just about every kind of trim and extrusions you could ever need.

I only looked through a couple of catalog pages, but that made it onto my "bookmark" list!:smt001

No, actually I got stuck looking at drawer handles/knobs:smt101

If you PM me tomorrow (Thursday) afternoon, I'll check at work to see if we have any, if you want.

But, I'd really be surprised if you can't clean it up.

Have you tried polish or wax on it? I am amazed at what Starbright or Meguires Flagship can take off of my white rub rail. I am not sure if it is plastic or vinyl, but if cleans up like brand new with either one of them.

You may want to try soaking the trim in a bucket or bin with some Simple Green, Purple power, or other cleaner like that. Put it in the solution, and check on it every 10-15 minutes until they are clean.
