West32, I've played your signature video a bunch of times mainly just to listen to those big blocks purr!
I also have steam when running and it always dissipates quickly into the wake.
I think if you have white smoke that lingers far behind that doesn't disappear might be a sign of a bigger issue.
West32's video is exactly what I experience.

Agreed and I know exactly when I last changed my manifolds and risers. So does anyone else who happens to go down in my engine room:
