How do I start a new thread or forum for a conversation on how to fix my boat I'm having an issue with it

Go to the thread that fits what you are working on and near the top of the page it says 'Post New Thread' or something. It is a little hard to find cause it is an inch or so higher than you would think it is. It's about 1" above the message box and on the right side.

You can't start your own forum topic, those are set by the administrator. You simply start a thread under the appropriate topic that is relative to your comments/questions.
