Try checking with a company called Garelick. They'd at least be my first thought.
 
You can probably still order it from Sea Ray (I know it will cost more that way). It looks like the same one SR still uses on the 44DB.
 
This can be easily made. The system uses two mounts, they are the same for top and base, and a post. The base does not have to be massive, it will work just as well with a flat piece of material. Here is a base I made for my workshop for working with tops:





In this case I just used a sheet of plywood. But you can do the same with corian, plywood covered with laminate etc.

I contacted my Sea Ray dealer and they contacted Sea Ray, The base I was looking for was made by a vendor for Sea Ray. They are no longer making it, they sent the mold to Sea Ray and they made it for a short time. They are no longer making it. Bottom line is it cannot be ordered, the only way to get one is to find it in a dealer stock.
