Lowes has a section of caps for misc things. A good hardware store would have something similar

We found a supply of them at "Rona" but they were expensive and of poor quality. We ended up going to an upholstery shop and buying them in bulk. Try phoning a company that specializes in marine upholstery. I think you'll get a better deal and a higher quality product than in the box stores.
