When the Riots Start Here?

We all know big cutbacks maybe coming (I hope) on entitlements. Look at the riots in other countries....other than Japan and their well mannered response to disaster. What will the police do with these freeloaders wanting their rights as they destroy public & private property and riot for their rights? It always amazes me when some football or basketball team loses and the riots start and cars are turned over or burned! I'm slowly developing a zero tolerence for these actions of others. If the police do nothing.....will the general public push back? I know the large landowners, in the Katrina disaster, had private well armed security that even pushed back the police when they tried to get them to evacuate. The police were ask to leave by armed resistence while others gave up their guns and never got them back. I'm just not looking forward to this mess and my blood pressure going up. I guess we can escape to the water and not watch TV the next couple months.....but I know ignoring the problem won't make it go away. Only time will tell, Mike.

I don't think those qualify as riots. Go back to the '60's, those were riots.

Outside of people on this forum; I see no momentum towards the cutting back of entitlements.

I hear lots of talk about reducing funding for certain minor things to score some political cheap points. . .but nothing substantive. Didn't the Republican party specifically campaign AGAINST SS or medicare or defence cuts?
