Dang it, I just had to do it!
I don't know what's wrong with me.
I just got through spending a bunch of money fixing up one boat and then I run across a deal that I can't pass up on another one.....before I sell the 1st one!
I've only had my 210 Sundeck for about a year and a half and have enjoyed tinkering with it to get it respectable again. The more I used it the more people wanted to go until I realized I probably needed a bigger boat.
I was keeping my eyes peeled for something bigger and found this 270 Sundeck that had been sitting for a year because the owner had passed away and the family just wanted to sell it. The inspection report listed lots of work needed due to neglect but on the bright side it had been recently repowered with a remanufactured engine from Mercruiser and the Bravo III rebuilt.
I took a chance and made the family an offer which they accepted and I have been sleeping outside in it after the wife finally found it around the back of the house.
Needless to say I blew a water hose on the 210 last weekend when we were out which needs to be repaired before I can sell it to make back some dollars spent on the new project!
