I occasionally like to look at other 390's to see what others have done to them. Came across this one...

Obviously, it never leaves the dock. It would take me two hours just to stow away all the crap on this boat...Why not just get a condo?

I was in a taxi the other day that had a similar interior. All in all though, the serious stuff on the boat looked great. Looked very well maintained.

Good thing I don't need to know Italian to look at the pictures :)

Ya know, I'm torn over this one- I really can't decide if I like it, or not...
Clearly a lot of work, maybe a bit too "contemporary" for me. Nice job regardless.

The recessed lighting is a good idea, I had considered removing the monkey fur covered panels at the salon entry (under the windshield) with the fluorescent lighting and replacing with new panels and low profile recessed low voltage lights. But that's the only area where there's clearance to do it. As you go further into the salon and down the hallway you lack the clearance. I'm 6'-2", and can stand comfortably everywhere in the boat- but only with about an inch to spare. I'd think that dropping the ceiling enough to install recessed lights would take up at least a couple of inches. Does look nice, tho.

Does that ad say what I think it does- that the boat's in Ocean County, NJ (USA)?
It doesn't show up in the US Yachtworld site.

On the 'IKEA' boat listing... all I can say is that the use of a wide angle lens in the pics is brilliant.

What a contrast btwn the euro-sterile look and the chach-ka-la clutter of the other one! The "dock queen" looks like it needs a visit from one of those HGTV shows where they "Clean House."

It says the boat is in NJ, yes! Strange it is not on US yachtworld...

I quite like it even if it not "salty" enough.. too much in contrast with the classic lines of our boat.

I've always envisioned a dock queen as a well cared for boat (queen) with low hours (never leaves the dock).

I thought my boat was loaded with crap, it'll take 2 months to sift through that stuff and discard it. I would also like to wager that she will not turn her rated RPM's with all of that junk.
