What should I expect to pay for an '04 270 Sundeck?

I am new to the forum. I am in the process of purchasing a 2004 270 Sundeck with the 496/375 engine and the Bravo III. The boat seems to be in great shape with only 96 hours on it. It is coming with an aluminum tandem axle trailer. Owner wants $44k for it. Does this sound in line with what it should cost now? I checked for comparable sales on Boat Trader and found them to be anywhere from 32K to 59K. It is a freshwater boat.
It also has a Pump out head and bow cushions.

Any help on determining a good price is greatly appreciated. I am located in Ohio.

I'd say the price is reasonable given the condition and hours on the boat. If that is an asking price, there is probably some wiggle room there as well. I'd make a low offer on it and counter-offer if the owner balks. Eventually you will agree on a price. And make the offer contigent on a complete survey as well.
