Red is power, black is ground and the yellow wire is the SeaTalk data. You don't really need that box and they are absurdly expensive if you go to buy one. I replaced mine with Blue Seas terminal strips.

The double strip is for power, and the single strip is for the SeaTalk data. The SeaTalk cable from the C80 (red, black, yellow) gets connected to the strip. This set up consolidates data from GPS, depth, heading sensor and compass.
