What is the location of the factory CO detector DA.

Where did Sea Ray position the original CO detector in the cabin of the 270 DA 1994-1997 and 98-99SE.

On a 99 270 SE it was near the electrical outlet on the right side of the galley sink.

Thanks! I am thiking of putting a hard wired12V on the galley cab by the mid-cabin entrance and a 9V battery model on the head wall at the V-bearth. Also thinking about one 9V in the cockpit area as well for when the canvas is up.

In the 2000 model there are two. Both are on the port side. One in the V berth on the forward side of the port storage closest. The other is on the port aft wall of the rear sleeping area.

I have seen the earlier 270 interiors and I think it is laid out similar to mine.

Last year I replaced mine with the CMD-4MR-RLY model to allow shutdown of my generator.
