What is a fair price?

I have a 2006 340 SDA with 8.1's that needs to have the heads pulled and rebuilt on my starboard engine. I wondered what a fair price would be to do this job as I am not so mechanically inclined
to do so. They have determined that I have a bad intake valve through a leak test and the sounds that occured during the leak test on that motor. When they pulled the heads they found excessive
carbon and sent the heads out to be rebuilt. What can I expect to be a reasonable price to put all this back together with a rebuilt head now that they have determined the problem? Thanks for any

Yes, was hoping for warranty coverage but unfortunately that's not going to happen.

Thats were I bought my boat in Jan. it's in heated storage right now. The original owner had all the work done by the guys at Colony and they seem they a good bunch but I really don't have any true experience to this extent. Good luck with the work and please post how things turn out!
