What a horrible story!

Wow. That's like a bad movie. My prayers go out to their family and I hope the scum that got arrested get the death penalty.
 
Sure is. I hope these guys fry. It's too bad that, if found quilty, that they couldn't be handcuffed to the anchor from the same boat and be tossed over all togeather in the same spot.
 
Better yet, give them a couple of good slices with a razer and toss them overboard after chumming the sharks to the surface.
 
I remember hearing about this on the news. Glad they caught the bastards. But look at the LA times making the perps look innocent. See the pic. I bet they get light time. After all they killed rich people. "Its not there fault.

wow that's a chilling story. Really makes you think about who you sell your boat to. And to think the people had papers and everything while they were out on the water. Who does that!!!???

I think it was 20/20 on abc that just had a segment on this. Its very sad. They should all suffer the same punishment as the victims.

Agreed, but they will probably just get their hands slapped. After all, it _is_ California. Look how they let OJ get away with murder.
 
The death penalty isn't good enough anymore - they need to go the way of Jeffery Dahmer, i.e. life in Gen Pop and beaten and raped to death with a metal mop handle on a cold concrete floor.
 
This is only the beginning. Our Liberal leaders do not understand the philosophy of "An Eye for an Eye"! The Gangs already rule the inner cities and are rapidly moving into the Suburbs. I already keep a 12 Gauge in my bedroom closet and feel justified in doing so. Al W.

Just exactly what 'liberal leaders' are you referencing? Up until Jan. 2oth the 'conservative leaders' have been running the asylum for EIGHT years!! AS for this thug, he will be on death row shortly,

Woah woah woah - hang tight there. Republicans, not conservatives, were running one branch of the government for the past 8 years. They held the majority of the congress until 2006, and they lost it by acting like democrats.

I think what he meant to say by liberal leaders, was simply that the liberal elite and their band of co-douchebags make it a practice to put the rights of the criminals above those of the victim, hence the ACLU handwringing over the manner in which people that behead US Citizens are encarcerated.

I, as a conservative liberatarian, detest ineffiency, and by extention, I detest most government. The death penalty is too humane for the likes of these scum and yet the liberal lobby is focused on the cruel and unusual punishment clause when it comes to putting them to death.

Keelhauling is pretty cruel and unusual - where was the ACLU when these people were being slaughtered? They were collecting funds to protect the likes of the criminals in question.

Worse. Im a horrible person when it comes to crime and punishment. The punishment should be at least one step worse than the crime. In this case, tie them to the anchor, and bring them up every 45 seconds or so for a day and let them contemplate when the final plunge will be. This is after, of course, they have had fingers and toes cut off so they can squirm around too much, or had their eyelids cut out for them.
