westerbeke genset trouble help

hi new here i have a 31 dancer with a 3cyl gas westerbeke did run great all summer i could run ac stove and my microwave at the same time no runs rough it will start and idle for about 4 mins then starts bogging down like im chokeing it whether under load or idle checked my fuel filters sparkarrester oil and pumps water new impeller cant figure it out voltage meter on panel stays normal till it acts up any ideas i need them thanks.

I had my new Westerbeke installed at Silver Cloud in the Forked River... I would ask Dave over there for help... I found them to be very good to deal with and honest... If I had to guess... I think you need to new spark plugs... Fouled plugs are the most comon caused of Westerbeke problems...

That pic is from Governor's Cut, just North of Tices... We like it because the water is deeper than Tices, and it is less crouded... Few guys from our Barnegat Gang will be staying at Silver Cloud on Sat... We have other commitments and will try to get out on Sunday... Not sure where yet... We were in the Lacey Lights parade last Sat...

ok then your near me right by the patch of trees next to the sand bar on the south side second bar about 4 ft of water i was working the light parade at southwinds nice night it was may be i will see you out there.

From the problem you describe, I'd first check for fuel supply issues. It sounds to me like its having trouble drawing fuel.

i alreary get fuel and its clean get it rite thru the carb thanks though
