Westerbeke Coolant Change

How do I drain the coolant from my Westerbeke Genset on my 400DA. I am unable to see any hoses / drains that are accessible and can be used to drain the system.

Any advise appreciated.

I haven't figured it out either. I have reduced fresh water flow though; have you found the fresh water screen/filter? B

My Westerbeke 4.5 BCGB has a drain plug on the bottom of the heat exchanger. Since it is the lowest point it makes sense to use it to drain the coolant.

My 7kW also has a drain on the bottom of the heat exchanger

You should have the one on the heat exchanger, but there also must be one at the bottom of the block somewhere. The HE is the highest point of the cooling system...

My 8KW is an older model, but it's on the side of the block near the oil filter.
