The 290 is a unique boat in terms of Layout. Either you love them or hate them. I personally like this boat.

Funny you mention pulling a 320... I had to pull my buddies 06 320 two weekends ago to put props on it. We had to use a 50' house boat trailer that probably weighs 3-4 thousand pounds. This thing is a four axel massive trailer. The boat was completely full of fuel water and waste. The worst part was that we had to float it on the trailer and float it back off. My hummer was in the water about 1/4 of the way past the doors. I ended up with about 6" of water in the truck.

Everyone was amazed that we pulled it with my H2. I had to have my 15 hear old son do most of the driving while I directed. We didn't even have the 4 wheel low locked in. She didn't even spin a tire. However, we did loose a wheel on the trailer. It snapped it clean off and left the bearing siting in place.

Steve, your hummer may pull the 320 out of the water but by the looks of the rearend I wouldn't want to pull it too far, or try and stop it more importantly. I'm pretty impressed that it pulled that kinda weight . The hummer is really a suburban with steroid looks!!! Cool pics.

I know your boat is tool OLD grin, but he should really take a look at the late '90s 290DA, those a really nice boats too in that size range. I like the cockpit layout better than on my 280DA.

Steve, that Hummer is hurting! But for the job you needed, it worked!

Agreed - pulling something out of the water and towing it are two very different things. I would not want to tow that boat with the H2!
