I check ed the coolant levels in my overflow boxes on my QSB480HOs the other day and while both had very little coolant in them, the port engine coolant was dark in color (about a half inch in the box). I had added a little a month or so ago, (50/50 merc brand - dlr said same as cummins coolant- orange/red ish in color). The starboard had almost nothing in the box so I filled it up to about 1/3rd full and it is the color of the coolant vs. the port side which is a dark kind of purple- any thoughts?? thx Don
