Weaver Lever

I may want to install one on a dink I'm thinking of purchasing and wonder if anybody has and experience with these.

Yep, got one on my dink with snap davits and arc arm. Love it, makes life easy.

Thanks guys. I have an aft cabin MY and carrying the dink flat on the swim platform would limit my ability to access the stbd cleat when docking.
Steelheder; whats the arc arm for?

The arm holds the engine up. Without it you would destroy your dinghy :wink:

What Pietro said. It helps support the weight with a outboard on the dingy. You use it instead of a rear glue on pad for the davits.
