It has been 7 months and my boat has been in the water for 1 hour. Every weekend it rains. Loaded up yesterday and left the house, perfect weather, got to the ramp rain and storms. Forecast for today was sunny until 3 to 4 in the afternoon. But guess what rain, cloudy and cool. I am so tired of this weather, makes boat ownership not worth it. A lot of expense for so little pleasure...:smt089

I was thinking the same thing then remembered all the HOT dry days we always have. I've been out four times with no rain - but not in the last two weeks.

Same here in Knoxville - if it's not raining, there is a >60% chance of rain. Over the past 2 months, the only weekend with no chance of rain had 30 mph winds . . . . this is just like last summer. But monday will be perfect. . . and the forecast is for rain next weekend . . . . .again!!!!

My weekend was simular to yours. Nice going in then thunder and lightning. Been that way all spring it seems. At least it's filling the lakes. Not like it was a couple years ago when the lakes were 52 feet below level..:smt089

I'm with you Jarwood - same in Atlanta. But after January and February's deep freeze, I made a vow not to complain about the weather this summer...
