Gary needs to be the Scar Czar (I still don't know what's wrong with him)
Or since he like rolling go carts maybe the Bumper Car Czar.

I think I am very glad NOT to have made this hit parade. (although Czar of Hideous Outdrive Corrosion might be appropriate)

In a serious moment, I hereby nominate fwebster as Czar of Sound Advice the First Time.

Any challenges to that nomination?
