Hi I hope this finds everyone well I have a 1987 Sea Ray Sport Fisherman The previous owner has not waxed it in 2 years and last year as it was in the water I did not either The hull is chalky and I believe it needs more than just wax and am open to suggestions Thanks Conard

There are a number of products available to bring back the shine. It will be a multi stage restoration. There's no one application miracle product if you want to bring back the shine. Depending on how bad it's chalked, you may have to start with wet sanding, then cuting compound, then polish, then wax, then shiney and beautiful. Some or all may be needed to restore it.

There are some very experienced detailers on this site who can chime in with more specifics. Just remember, patience and elbow grease.

BTW, I love the Ford Grand Torino. My first car was a 75 Grand Torino wagon with a 351. We called it the yellow pig. Man could it pull some weight, but it ate transmissions for breakfast lunch and dinner.
