Waterjet fabrication

Have a small project that requires suppling and cutting polished stainless. Can anyone recommend a shop that does waterjet fabrication? Perhaps something I can mail out and have turned around in short order.

Is it something that cannot be done with plasma cutting? Plasma is very common and does a very nice job, waterjet is not so common.

Probably could. Didn’t think of plasma cutting. Will see if any local to me.
