I just had the turbos replaced on my 1990 Caterpillar 3208 TA’s Now I’m getting a high water temperature alarm on the starboard motor. All gauges read normal and I shot the engines with an infrared thermometer and nothing seems to be out of spec. Any ideas as to what could be causing the false alarm? The only cure is to keep the motors running below normal RPMs.
