I am replacing the water pump base and seal for an Alpha 1, Gen 1 and the bases are different and won't fit on my lower unit. They are higher and have an O-ring. Mine doesn't have an O-ring and is much lower in profile. Local dealers scratch their head as does Sea-Way Marine in Seattle.
it kind of looks like an M/MR but they are angled at the lip while mine is straight. Has anybody run into this and do you know where I can get one?
