Water pressure question

First cruise of the season. I am unable to use my head or get any cold water pressure and very small amout of pressure with the hot water.
Boat is a 2002 280 DA. With a 496/375hp with a six gallon hot water heater.
Boat just came out of winter storage is there something either they forgot or did I miss something. And yes the water tank is full.

Is the Fresh Water Supply Breaker ON? Does the Fresh Water Pump come on when you open any of the cold water faucets?

It would help if you filled out your signature with your location and other relevant information. I assume they is the dealer or marina service staff? Was the fresh water system winterized? Do you have air in the system? Have you tried opening all of the faucets on the boat to purge air in the lines? Is there anything blocking the wire mesh screen at the water pump? Throwing darts at the wall....

You probably forgot to energize the water pump. You should have a button on the panel in the lower right starboard side that looks like a box with a wavy line through the middle. That turns on the pump. Don't feel bad if you missed it. Took me 2 weeks to figure out what it does when we got our boat and I read all the manuals.

if pump is in working condition check if water strainer is not clogged
