Ok i will check all this today ! big day...Also check to see if the screws around the trim of the portholes are tight. It's not just decorative trim, it also clamps the inner and outer frame of the porthole together, forming a seal against the fibreglass.
Weel, it was that problem ! My Windows was not close enought... i see it was leaking... THANKS YOU ALL FOR THE HELP !!! YOU ARE VERY NICE GUYS !!Here is a picture of the window clamps. Notice there is a small black set screw to the right of the stainless screw. Those black set screws are what holds the window tight against the out side window gasket. They tend to loosen up over time. When you do tighten them, do so with the window clamp in the open position.

Also a quick way to test your shower sump is to pour water down your shower drain. This will at least save you from having to remove the cover from the sump box to see if the pump is working properly.
