water level indicator

I just had my fresh water tank in my 34' searay change the reading from full to empty.I checked my water and the tank is full. Does anyone have any idea why?Cheers

I took mine apart as the reading were wrong. I could not find anything wrong with the sensor. They seemed like a metal prong, but I could not figure it out.

Thanks for your reply. My wife was on the boat and shut off the ac inverter button bt-chat.com accident. She drained the battery's and the water signal was the first to go. Once we turned it back on the signal went back to normal.
