Water in Bellows

I have a 2004 280 Sundancer with twin 4.3L engines and Alpha one gen 2 drives. I pulled the port drive off over the weekend and a good amount water came out of the u-joint bellow. I believe the leak occurred at the mounting gasket. I just replaced the gimbal bearing two years ago. Should I replace the gimbal bearing?

How old do you think the are, as said above go by feel. I would replace both

The one that suffered the leak is 2 years old. I replaced it two seasons ago.
