Our boat has been blocked for 2 months, when it is moored we keep it in a covered slip. Today I went down to the boat and found water in the compartment below the cabin floor. I've never seen water in there before so it has to be coming from rain water getting in. Anyone have any experience with trouble shooting this or locating where the water is coming in at?

Unfortunately I have a similar problem. I managed to find it ONLY during a heavy rainstorm and on the boat. In my case, the rainwater was coming in from the windshield and suppose to be diverted to the side via a channel (not all was). Water continued to travel down toward the drain in the step area. We'll, Searay left a hole or 2 under the door track and did not seal them!
Solution: 1. fix the holes (found during storm) 2. raise the mid berth cushons up by installing 1/4" interlocking mat (not sure of the name but it's nonskid and used in gym showers). I still get some water in but I believe through the windows and the hull. The mat solves the problem of anything getting wet and moldy.
Check all the screws and tighten. Worse case, you will have to be there during a heavy down poor.
Good luck
