Water coming in from Stbd shaft boot

Hi folks, I have water coming in from the end of the Stbd shaft boot. What is the procedure here? Do I undo the clamp and pack it with marine grease .. Whilst the water comes in? It's coming in via the end of the rubber boot (top left hand side), or what is the fix for this please?
