Waste tank hoses...

Hello all.
2007 320 DA here...bout 2 months ago.

Just did my first pumpout...and when finished i went down in my engine compartment and noticed there is a spot in my pumpout marine hose where it goes down then up then back down, creating a spot where fluid will stay sitting. In this spot water (or worse...yuck) is seeping through in drops and the engine compartment smelt after the pumpout.

So first question...
This isnt normal correct? And the hose needs to be replaced?

The waste plate is port stern of boat, at base of swim platform and port side of transon door. Looks impoosible to reach from inside the engine compartmemt with motor and waste tank in the way...

Second question, how the heck to i get the hose off the back side of the waste plate if i cant reach it?

I though about pulling the plate off from the outside of the boat but it looks there are nuts on the back of the screws and the hose clamps dont look like they will fit through the hole.
