Washer/Dryer Access on 48 Sedan Bridge

Does anyone know how to access the top of (or pull out from the wall) the washer/dryer combo on a 1999 48 Sea Ray Sedan Bridge? A belt needs to be replaced.

Were you able to access it?? I now have the same issue and need to replace the belt..
