I am buying a boat that is still warrantied with one of those Passport warranties. It is a Sea Ray. A few things popped up on the survey that I need repaired and are warranty items. Should the current seller fix these or can I count on the warranty covering them when I am the owner?

The passport warranties are fully transferrable for a small fee. So you should have no problem having these items fixed under the warranty if they are warrantied items. However, it would probably be musch easier for the seller to have these items fixed under warranty before you close. Or at least have them get the repairs started.
