I need a starboard aft engine vent cover for a 1996 370 Sundancer. The sea ray part number is 777342. It is a plastic non-louvered vent. The part is NLA through Sea Ray.
I would appreciate any help anyone may have.

Smeone on the old SRO forum made molds and was able to do replacements one at a time. Perhaps someone here remembers who that was.

Can anyone help........?

370Dancer had a few made about 5 years ago. I shipped him my starboard side and he used his port side as blanks. He sent me my orginal back along with a set of replacements. My original port side has a crack in it but I have yet to use either of the replacements. I have them safely stored away for the future as these things are in a very vulnerable spot. It is not hard to get a stern line under the damn thing that will rip it off, especially when tied alongside a dock or rafted up with another boat.

Don't know how I missed this thread.
I would have to call the guy that made the molds for us. The replacements are fiberglas, so you would wind up replacing both when the time comes. They were costing us about 400.00 a pair to make. PM me if you are interested, and I'll dig him back up.

370Dancer, can you help me find a starboard cowling cover for a 1995 SeaRay 370 Sundancer ? Please let me know at UgaSeaRayDawg.

That was 15 years ago. I am not in touch with the fiberglass guy anymore. I do still have a single pair of fiberglass covers, which I will probably never use. What I did was to remove both covers, non-skid the flat portion, and put a flat vent cover over the blower holes. They are now the best mid height steps in the world. Here's a recent pic after adding EVA foam cockpit flooring.
