Wanted Sea Ray Seat Track Assembly for 2003 260 DA

I am looking for a track assembly for the back seat that folds into a sun bed. It is bent, cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced. Apparently Sea Ray dosent make them any more. He is the part number and description out of the parts manual:

1212661 TRACK ASSY, B/B W/SS KNOB 2PC
