Wanted Raymarine

I am looking for a RayPilot 650 display and a Tridata display w/ Depth, Speed, Water Temp. This is to replace 1998 series equipment. If you have or know anywhere I can get thesee replacements please respond.

have the factory owners manual for the RayPilot 650 if anyone wants it. In very good condition. I guess the previous owner put in a new autopilot in 2006 so this must have been what was in the boat.
