Wanted 2006 44 Sundancer Freshwater

Clearly they do not want co-broker deals. Our offer same day it listed, was 6K over asking and would not ever return our calls. Jefferson Beach is not an honorable facility. I contacted management and was told "it is what it is".

I was told it was under contract for 15k over ask. This may be why you didn't get much response. I am not sure why this boat had a bidding war. It appears to be nice but 310k...damn.

I have had nothing but great relationships with the JBYS team.

I have always had a really good working relationship with all JBYS brokers.

In fact, I am on the other side of a 2005 390 and 2008 48 deal right now.

The 420/44 Sundancer's have majorly jumped up in value as of recent.

I've sold two boats through JBYS, and they were both co-brokerage deals. All of my experience with them has been nothing other than positive.

Was this the 44 that was located in Charlevoix?

Hi I am new here. I was wondering if anyone knew of a 420/440 sedan bridge for sale on the east coast?
