Want To By Cockpit Bench for 400/420/44 DBs

I’m looking to purchase slightly used cockpit bench for my 420DB. I think that the bench is the same for 400, 420 or 44 DB models. If there’s a slight difference, I’m sure I’ll be able to make it work anyway.

If anyone has one and doesn’t use it or knows a friend who might want to sell one, please let me know.

My boat didn't have it installed as an option, but we want to install it as we use the cockpit all the time and couple of folding chairs just won't be enough.

You are going to have to have one built. Its a rectangular box with cushions on top......surely a cabinet shop up there can make one out of mahogany or marine plywood and shoot it with Imron or AWL grip for you.

You might be rightt, Frank. Custom approach could be the better option. I'll research what shops we have around here and what they have to offer.

Have you given any thought to a custom fiberglass shop that can use an existing base off a 44DB as a form? The top, seat cushion and back rest are easy to fabricate for any marine upholstery shop.
