I am wanting to add an original depth gauge or depth/temp gauge if available to my boat. Is there a place to look at these guages and my options online? I have looked but came up empty handed.

Did you look at Sea Ray's website? Often times the pictures there will include some options and a depthfinder is a common one.

Now... in terms of installing the depthfinder as it would be from Sea Ray... are you comfortable with drilling a 2" hole through the bottom of your boat? There's other ways to do it that will work, but this is the most secure and reliable way to do it. I'm all for DIY, but if your uneasy about the drilling/sealing then this might be best left to your dealer to do. It's about a 2 hour install and it may be money well spent to avoid warranty issues and the worry of whether or not you installed it correctly so your boat doesn't sink.

I have seen pics of it in boat pics on their site, I would love to actually find like a parts book or something online so I could go into the dealer with the part number I want and order it. I am pretty sure I will let the dealer install it, just to have the warranty on installation.

The books (manuals) that came with your boat will have parts breakdown and part numbers (in that nice, black case that came with the boat that almost no one looks in...). You can also download them from SR's website. However, if you're going to have the dealer install it, just say "Please install the factory depthfinder for me". You don't need to provide any part numbers - they'll know - that's what they get paid for! :smt001
