Does anyone know what aftermarket tower will work with our factory bimini top with little to no modification of the bimini?

I don't have an answer for your question, but how about this? Purchase a tower (Sea Ray or aftermarket) and go ahead and include the binimi that works with the tower. Then sell your current top to recover some of the cost of the new tower/top. I think you'll be surprised to see how much you can get for that factory top.

My understanding is that most if not all of these towers will not accept your standard bimini. I just installed an MT2 and have also ordered a bimini from Monster to fit the tower that I am using. (I will let you know how that works out) So, I have a lightly used factory bimini off a 2007 205 sport if you know someone who needs one...

I have a Monster Tower MT2 tower on my Sea Ray. I ordered a Bimini from Overtons and was able to modify it to make it fit.

It wasn't too hard and functionally it works great. I had to order one that was in between the narrow width of the tower and the wider width of the gunwale.

I took out a section of the top tubing in the middle then opened up the angles to get the width I needed at the bottom.

It cuts easy with a tubing cutter and you can bend the tubing (carefully) by hand.

I also took out a couple of inches in height to get it to fit under my tower speakers.

I love the bimini. So glad I took the time to add it. I didn't have a stock one (bought the boat used) but I don't see why you couldn't do the same thing I did with the one you have.

I just put a Big Air Tower on my 185S and the OEM Bimini fits under it. although I will probably have to customize it once I add the speakers. They are coming a few paychecks from now, "I hope"
